In 2001, the company was launched for hotel industry recruitment. The other purpose of the new company was on assisting in affiliations to colleges. By 2005, the company had acquired an office in Erode. With increasing recruitment demands, in 2007 December, Kolkata office was opened. In 2011, the Salem office became operational.
Today, the company not only serves hospitality industry, but other industries as well. With clients ranging from local companies to regional corporate companies to MNCs as well as Foreign clients, we have emerged as one of the most sought after Recruitment Firms in this region.
The company focuses on right opportunity for every client and believes in honest guidance to its clients / candidates. They also provide counselling, evaluation, advice to candidates seeking direction, free of charge. Our Managing Director, Mrs. Rina Has Been Playing a Key Role in Developing the Contacts and Relations, specially in the Domestic Sector. With her wide contacts and clients list, she has ensured that our candidates have always received better job opportunities. A Graduate in Science and with post graduation in Fine Arts and Music, she has blended her knowledge and skills in developing an articulate and vibrant team.
Director, Joydeep Majumdar, is a graduate in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from IHMCTAN,Kolkata. He has served in Best Western Kenilworth Hotel, member of the largest Reference Hotel Chain in the world. With over 5 years of service in hotel industry where he rose from an Operational Trainee to the post of Front Office Manager.
From 1996, he has been associated with hospitality education as faculty in a premier Hotel Management Institute in Kolkata. He has been at the forefront of launching new affiliations, preparing the reports and syllabus, marketing them to students and industry etc. In 1998, he joined an AICTE College in Yercaud, Tamilnadu. The college, when he left in 2003, was among the best colleges in the region. Here too, he got new affiliations, prepared syllabus for the Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of Tamilnadu, and Department of Employment & Training, Govt. of Tamilnadu. He joined another college in Salem, as Principal and made it one of the best colleges in the area. Here, he got them various affiliations and associations including Govt.departments, as well as the affiliations from University etc.
During his tenure, some of the associations and affiliations which he has marketed are: City & Guilds, Royal Institute of Public Health-UK, Highfields-UK, World Bar Tenders Association-USA, Educational Institute of AHLA, Singapore Education (of CE), Periyar University, Vinayaka Mission University etc.
He is also a consultant on SECURITY SURVEILLANCE and served some big names in the market.
Also as an active ROTARIAN, he has been involved in various charity and development works, for upliftment of the needy and betterment of the society. He is also a patron of HUMAN RIGHTS ORGANIZATION.
