While selecting and recruiting probable candidates for its clients, observes strict guidelines of quality and aptitude requirement. It believes that every company has its own unique culture and every job position in the company has some unique features. We try to understand those and accordingly, we orient the probable candidates so that they are able to adjust and give their best to the new employers.

We usually follow the following steps to select the best possible candidates:

  • Get the employers requirements and understand the job descriptions.
  • Understand and decide the job competencies of the positions.
  • Browse through our vast database for the probable matches. If such matches are not found, we source the matches.
  • The candidates are then reviewed by our HR experts.
  • The candidates found suitable are then contacted and explained about the assignment.
  • On their confirmation, the candidates skills are matched with the company's requirements.
  • If the candidate’s skill level needs tuning, we arrange for skill enhancement or skill refresher program, as the case may be.
  • After the candidate joins the company, we collect feedback from the company and the candidate to understand the effectiveness of our efforts.
  • If we come across any discrepancy or matter,we do inform the owners of the company and advice.
