| Job Decription for Engineers :
we are Looking for Technical Buyers Engineers with Buying and Procurement Experience.
the Engineers Should Be Able To,
• understand An Rfq (request for Quotation) and to Identify the Need of the Client.
• to Source New Vendors, Manufacturers and Suppliers in Compliance with to Rfq They are Handling
• to Negotiate Prices, Delivery Terms and Payment Terms.
• to Calculate the Selling Price in Accordance with the Formulas Given to Them.
• to Complete An Offer to the Best Interest of the Company.
• priority is Given to Engineers with Purchasing Experience in the Oil and Gas Field, in the Power Generation Field and in the Petrochemical Field.
• the Second Priority is Given to Outgoing Personalities, Self Confident and Self Motivated Candidates.
the Technical Buyers Should have the Following Skills,
• perfect English, Technical Literacy, Mostly Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Terminology.
• perfect in Identifying the Product Through a Typical Description in Rfq.
• able to Technically Converse with the Suppliers.
• able to Identify and to Discuss Technical Matters Related to Deviation from Specification and Conformity of the Product.
• able to Negotiate the Best Deals Through Price Comparison.
• proficient in Ms Office Applications Mainly Excel.
• able to Work Under Stress, Independently and Meet Dead Lines for Quotations.
• good Strong Personality, Discrete, Reliable, Accurate and Open Minded also Able to Converse with Sales Team and Understand Their Needs.
the Technical Buyers Will Be Subjected to a Light Training and a Test of Their Capabilities that Might Go Up to a Maximum of 3 Months that is Considered a Probation Period for Them.
retained Candidates Will Be Interviewed By Phone and Possibly Face to Face in India Prior to Their Final Recruitment. They Should Be Able to Relocate Within Very Brief Period from the Date the Offer is Signed By Both the Candidates & Employer.
candidates with Saudi Experience are Welcomed Only if Their Experience is Within Trade Preferably with Knowledge of Client like Aramco, Sabic< the Royal Commision and the Sec and Swcc |
