Job Requirement
A reputed Mill in Erode is looking for a senior person in HR to head the department. The incumbant must be a graduate / MBA /post graduate with suitable experience. Preference will be given to experience in textile industry. Graduate with minimum 5 yrs experience as a Training Officer in reputed textile company. He should be able to absorb fresh recruits and organize a detailed orientation program followed by a detailed training program covering various aspects of the work, company and equipment. he should also be well versed in Safety Related Training. He should have good communication skills to interact with fresh workers. He should be able to communicate the company policies and background effectively and recruit girls and boys in large numbers in quick time. Candidates must be from Erode or nearby areas. Persons willing to shift to Erode may also apply. Age must be below 45 years.
