| Job Description, Location:Chennai, India, Experience: 2-4 years, No. of Positions:25, Department:Information Technology, Title:Software Engineer, Reports To:Project Manager - IT As a Java/JSP Developer, you will be responsible for applications development and implementation of business systems. You will help provide technical support to all staff. You will interface with Business Analysts/Tech Leads to understand project requirements, write, test and implement software according to specification. Requirements Ideal candidate will have at least 2 - 4 years of development experience with the following technologies:Java, J2EE methodologies, STRUTS, XML, HTML, PL/SQL, Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences, Ability to work independently and/or part of a team, Ability to troubleshoot effectively, Willingness and aptitude to lea new technologies/non-IT domains, Familiarity with SDLCProject experience building web-based applications using relational databases, Superior problem solving and communication skills are key requirements· Strong foundation in Software Engineering, Operating Systems, and Databases. |
